Exporting from WinMail to MS Outlook 2003
From one user's Outlook XP he receives usable and readable calendar appointments and contacts that he can easily import into his address book or calendar; from the other he receives an unreadable winmail.dat file. The import using the account is fine; however, on many messages I see an attachment called winmail.dat and Entourage doesn't seem to know what to do with it. It apparently contains a formatted "*.rtf" "*.doc" These formats are produced by M$Word - some versions of WordPerfect can successfully open or import older Word documents.
